ABOUT

Our Story

Listening to ingredients,
honoring handcraft.

HANA was born in 2018 on a quiet street in Montréal, with a simple wish: to bring something warm and meaningful to everyday tables.

Founded by Japanese baker Misaki Hanada, HANA is rooted in careful craftsmanship, simple flavours, and a deep appreciation for the changing seasons. We bake with Canadian flour, local dairy, and seasonal Québec ingredients whenever possible.

We never chase volume. Every morning begins with dough shaped by hand, and that promise never changes.
